Application of shallow sand filter in sewage treatment station
The wastewater from a sewage treatment company is used for urban greening after treatment, but wastewater is always discharged during the use of the existing process. In order to help customers achieve the purpose of reducing resource waste and saving costs, our company sent professional technicians to design a reasonable plan , select a water filter that suits the site conditions.
Project Proposals
The customer's site is a sewage tank: the water quality is poor and the impurity content is high. Although single-stage fine filtration can meet the water output requirements, the filter is easily clogged, resulting in frequent manual maintenance and high later maintenance costs; while directly using a shallow sand filter, the filtration It removes suspended solids and has a high filtration rate. It is a coarse filtration and the turbidity of the incoming water affects the filtration effect.
According to the analysis of effluent water quality and experimental data, considering pressure, filtration speed and the same proportion of amplified flow rate, one-stage filtration was selected. However, the effluent water quality still did not meet the requirements, so the plan was designed as: shallow sand filter + bag filter II Two-stage filtration, two products are combined to purify the water quality at the customer's site.
Solution Advantages
The first-level online shallow sand filter plays the role of coarse filtration. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, online backwashing can be realized. Under the protection of the first-level coarse filtration, the second-level fine filtration can extend the service life and maintenance cycle of the internal filter element. Save labor and consumable costs.
The shallow sand filter discharge pipe is re-discharged into the sewage pool to realize water recycling.
The shallow sand filter has online backwashing, automatic control, liberating manpower, fine filtration and fine filtration, secondary protection, and real-time alarm to prevent sewage from entering the clean water tank and avoid secondary pollution.
