Analysis of multi-column automatic backwash filter

How backwash works
The multi-column automatic backwash filter uses a high-strength wedge-shaped wire mesh filter element, which automatically cleans the filter element through pressure difference control and timing control. When impurities in the filter accumulate on the inner surface of the filter element, causing the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwash mechanism.
When the backwash suction cup mouth is directly opposite the filter core inlet, the drain valve is opened. At this time, the system is depressurized and drained. A negative pressure zone appears between the suction cup and the filter core where the relative pressure is lower than the water pressure outside the filter core (backwash pressure difference). Control it at 3 to 4 times the filtration pressure difference).
Part of the clean circulating water is forced to flow from the outside of the filter core into the inside of the filter core. The impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter core enter the plate with the water flow and are discharged from the drain valve.
