DATE:2024-12-27 Number of views: 1 Source:dongwenhui

The original water treatment system was no longer able to meet current standards due to its limited capacity. To address this issue, a comprehensive upgrade was implemented to optimize and enhance its performance. As the general contractor for this project, Lefilter took a high-standard, high-tech, high-quality, and high-efficiency approach to organize every aspect of the project. This ensured rapid construction and high-quality delivery, resulting in a cutting-edge water treatment system for our client.

Key Features of Each Component

Raw Water Tank: Stores source water and acts as a buffer for the system.

Raw Water Pump: Ensures a stable flow rate and pressure for the entire system.

Quartz Sand Filter: Removes suspended solids, particles, and insoluble impurities.

Activated Carbon Filter: Eliminates organic matter, color, and residual chlorine from the water.

Scale Inhibitor System: Prevents scaling by increasing the solubility of scaling substances.

Security Filter: Serves as the final pre-treatment step for RO, featuring a sealed structure that prevents sand leakage and allows easy maintenance.

High-Pressure Pump: Supplies adequate inlet pressure to the reverse osmosis (RO) system.

Reverse Osmosis System: The core of the desalination process, removing most inorganic salts, organic substances, microorganisms, and bacteria to produce high-purity water.
