Capacity: 50,000 tons/year.
Processes: Utilizing inorganic acids as decomposition agents, separating useful elements from industrial waste to produce lithium carbonate, synthetic cryolite, magnesium sulfate, and recover high-purity carbon powder and silica byproducts.
Environmental Standards: Effective control and recycling of waste residue, water, and gas, ensuring minimal discharge or compliance with environmental regulations.
Water Source and Quality
Raw Water: Municipal tap water
Characteristics:
• Turbidity < 0.51 NTU
• pH: 7.41
• Total Dissolved Solids (TDS): 447 mg/L
• Total Hardness: 319 mg/L (as CaCO3)
Required Output:
• Stage 1 RO Water: Conductivity < 20 μS/cm, Total Hardness < 40 mg/L
• Stage 2 RO Water: Conductivity < 2 μS/cm, Total Hardness < 1 mg/L
System Design and Workflow
1️. Pre-Treatment:
• Multi-media filter and activated carbon filter to remove suspended solids and organics.
2️. Primary RO Stage:
• Removes the majority of salts and impurities.
• Output used for boiler makeup water.
3️. Secondary RO Stage:
• Produces ultra-pure water for production processes.
4️. Recycle and Reuse:
• Stage 2 RO concentrate is recirculated to the raw water tank for maximum water recovery.
Key Equipment:
• Dual-stage RO units (2 sets, each with 30 membrane elements).
• Flow Rates:
Stage 1 RO: ≥20 m³/h per unit.
Stage 2 RO: ≥10 m³/h per unit.
