How a tube backwash filter works?
The tube-type backwash filter is equipped with multiple filter tubes inside. The dirty liquid flows from the outside of the filter tube to the inside of the filter tube, and then flows out from the liquid collection chamber of the filter. The control adopts pressure difference/time control. When the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet reaches the set pressure difference limit, the filter enters the reverse flushing process.

Working Principle
In order to ensure the good operation of each filter pipe, the control system closes the corresponding water inlet valve and outlet valve and opens the corresponding water valve at the same time according to the pressure difference between the two ends (up to 0.1MPa) or when the filter pipe reaches the specified self-cleaning time (for example, 120min). Blowdown and backwash valves.
The external cleaning fluid in the backwash pipe thoroughly cleans the filter pipe from top to bottom and is discharged through the sewage pipe. Then the sewage valve and backwash valve are closed, the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve are opened to perform normal filtration operations, and the control system continues to filter the next filter. The filter tube performs a backwash action to complete the cycle.
When the control system backwashes each filter tube, the corresponding inlet valves and outlet valves of other filter tubes are open to ensure that the remaining filter tubes can perform normal filtration operations.
