DATE:2025-03-31 Number of views: 1 Source:dongwenhui

We are pleased to announce that our EPC general contracting project for wastewater at a pharmaceutical company has successfully passed its final inspection! 🎉

Project Overview
The wastewater treatment plant adopts an advanced process: Coagulation Sedimentation + Hydrolytic Acidification + Anaerobic + Contact Oxidation. Designed capacity: 250m³/day, operating 20 hours/day, processing 13 tons/hour to meet discharge standards.

Wastewater Treatment Highlights

Designed Inlet Water Quality:

  • BOD ≤ 300 mg/L

  • SS ≤ 300 mg/L

  • CODCr ≤ 1800 mg/L

  • Ammonia Nitrogen ≤ 28.2 mg/L

Discharge Standards Achieved:

  • CODCr ≤ 500 mg/L

  • Ammonia Nitrogen ≤ 45 mg/L

  • SS ≤ 400 mg/L

  • pH 6.5-9.5

  • Total Phosphorus ≤ 8 mg/L

  • Total Nitrogen ≤ 70 mg/L

Process Flow
1️
Production wastewater is collected and pumped into the coagulation sedimentation tank, where PAC, PAM are added to remove phosphates.
2️
The wastewater flows into a biological treatment system (anaerobic + aerobic + coagulation sedimentation).
3️
Treated water is safely discharged, while sludge is directed to a sludge tank for further processing.

With this project now in operation, wastewater treatment efficiency and quality have significantly improved. We remain committed to high-quality, efficient, and rapid after-sales service to safeguard our clients' interests.
