Working Principle

Bag filter is a pressure filtration device, which is mainly composed of filter cylinder, filter cylinder cover and quick-opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter shell. The filter bag itself is installed in a reinforced mesh basket. The liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate.

Performance Characteristics

1. High filtration precision, suitable for any fine particles or suspended matter, filtration range: 0.5 ~ 800 microns;

2. The processing flow rate per unit filtration area is large, the filtration resistance is small, and the filtration efficiency is high. The filtration function of a filter bag is equivalent to 5 to 10 times that of the same type of filter element. The designed flow rate can meet the requirements of 1 to 500m³/h, which can greatly reduce user costs. ;

3. Bag filters are widely used and can be used for fine filtration; when achieving the same filtration effect, compared with plate and frame fine filters, cartridge filters, raw water pre-filters and other equipment, they have lower investment costs and longer service life. Etc.
